This product provides more efficient fuel system solutions for Land Rover, Range Rover, Jaguar and other models with micrometer level manufacturing processes and innovative structural design.

The KSGYB-094 high-pressure pump is built using a five axis linkage CNC machining center, with key component tolerances controlled within ± 5 μ m, equivalent to 1/20 of the diameter of a human hair. Through the ion nitriding process certified by LD01399-AU-PJ303H4-E-J33H42 standard, the surface hardness of the pump body reaches 62HRC, which is 40% higher than traditional processes in terms of wear resistance. Each product undergoes a 30MPa pressure cycle test (exceeding the national standard requirement by 20%) to ensure sealing reliability under extreme working conditions from -40 ℃ to 150 ℃.
